Starting and finishing are notions associated with our lives, from the smallest scale to the largest…Night, day, years, thoughts, a blink of an eye, a scratch on the leg, coffee, sleeping, life. All these are related with a starting and an ending point, with things happening in the middle as a kind of decoration. However, what if instead of starting and ending, something is a continuous loop? A loop between two ends that keep on changing places, creating cycles with different length and different pace of developing. There are also various starting and finishing points happening at the same time; sometimes they overlap, sometimes synchronize, sometimes they are completely unrelated. The piece is inspired by this idea, as a constant struggle to reach somewhere, an effort to find something new but instead things constantly keep on starting and finishing, always arriving at a new starting point and commencing again.
